The spacious rooms and comfortable beds were a delight, making for a good night’s rest. The on-site restaurant offered delicious food at a great value. Unfortunately, I faced issues during check-in and encountered inconsistent cleaning services that needed attention.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds offered a ton of space. Beds felt amazing with multiple pillows for comfort. The indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day. But the bathroom hygiene sparked some concern. we noticed some residual hair that didn’t belong to us. Also, there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, making it less inviting. Check-in proved to be a hassle for me due to the front desk’s attitude when I arrived looking disheveled after camping. The key issues with the lights in the room added to the annoyance, needing an extra card just to keep them on. Overall, it had its great points but also a few letdowns that needed attention.

The rooms were spacious and pristine. The beds were so comfy that everyone slept well, and they even allowed us to bring our non-service dog along, which was a big plus for our family. We appreciated that the restaurant had delicious food at great prices.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly dining options.

We feasted on delicious pulled pork nachos, a must-try dish that's perfect for sharing!

However, the marble desk was uncomfortably cold for working, and while the pillows were ample, the bedding felt a bit thin. The location was quiet, but not having complimentary breakfast was a disappointment.

This was just a suitable option for an overnight stay in Troy with the best value for money ratio. The small kitchen area in the room made it convenient to store and reheat my dinner leftovers. Just double-check the shower pressure upon arrival to ensure everything is functioning properly.

The Hilton Garden offered a nice, quiet environment away from busy streets while maintaining a modern and well-maintained aesthetic. Room features included a comfy chair with a side table for working, alongside a marble desk. The shower design was excellent, with a turn on knob positioned to avoid cold sprays. The availability of a fridge, microwave, and Keurig added to the convenience.

Bedding could be thicker for added comfort.

I had some good experiences during my stay, especially enjoying the heated indoor pool and the fitness center with the Peloton bike. I faced an issue with my room view, as it overlooked the expressway. This did not affect my comfort but was unexpected after my request for a better view. The staff delivered my breakfast to my room and helped with part of my missing order promptly, showing they cared.
